Sharon Griffin has more than 25 years of experience in Customer Service environments. She is currently serving as a Customer Service Administrator for Genesis Business Communication Solutions. At Genesis BCS she focuses on compiling data to assess departmental progress and enhance customer service objectives for the employees.
A long-time resident of the community where HCA will reside, Sharon is a passionate advocate and voice in her local neighborhood. She believes in the power of quality, accessible education and has seen first-hand how it can build stronger families and communities.
Sharon is a native Houstonian with a degree in Business Administration from Prairie View A&M. She also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Houston in Production and Operation Management.
Her desire to help others leads her to volunteer her time and service to her church, among other community initiatives. In her free time you’ll most likely find her reading a book or sharpening her exercise skills.
