As a tuition-free public charter school there are no admission requirements, academic or otherwise, to apply for enrollment. HCA operates under the same rules, regulations and guidelines as other Texas schools. We take pride knowing that charter schools are widely regarded as one of the greatest values in education being offered today, and welcome being the school of choice for your child’s education.
We will initially be accepting applications for children entering kindergarten or first grade in the fall 2025 school year. Younger and older students will be added to the waitlist for future years as the child becomes of school age and/or the grade level becomes available.
